Pros

Learning a lot using online training as well as virtual classes. After 3.5 weeks of training, getting exposed to transactions by observing other bankers.

Cons

With so much training upfront it might be difficult to recall the coursework. Having on the job training might help with application.

Pros

Good Health/Dental, work remote occasionally, in building cafe serving hot breakfast and lunches for purchase

Cons

Horrible salary, raises only 0-2.5%, no bonuses. Many of the employees that have been there for years, their salaries are depressing due to the raises being so minimal. 401k matching 0.5% up to 2.5% max. They do not even want to order supplies for your work environment. Work in cubicles. No appriciation, No overtime allowed. Regions only cares about their million dollar quarterly/year end profits.
