      Met some good people along the way

      Cons

      Terrible upper management thus terrible turnover. The worst work-family life balance I have ever seen. If you missed a day for being sick, you could expect to be harassed or ignored the next day for it.

      Pros

      They try to promote a work life balance for the associates. There is also a decent "charitable arm"

      Cons

      There is a sense of micromanagement with all the daily reports. The environment has shifted to one that seems to focus more on ticking a box than the reality of whether this is truly best for the customer. The expectations are rather unrealistic based on our market share.
