      Pros

      Good opportunities to leverage my experience, while being challenged with learning new skills. The team I work on has excellent leadership. The executive leadership has steady focus on the things that allow the company to grow in a sound and responsible manner. I came to the company in part because of their ratings for supporting and growing a diverse workforce. I have found I can bring my full self to work, and the company supports work life balance.

      Salary structure is reasonably competitive; benefits are not quite what I have experienced at other financial institutions.

      Pros

      Since joining Regions in 2023, I have been given every tool that I've needed to do my best, grow within and without my department, and have been given support all along the way. Regions is the best place that I've ever worked!

      Cons

      My observation is that there's not currently a pathway for internal growth.
