      Favortism from management leading to a clique between the desk bankers where the tellers are treated as bottom of the barrel Pay is not worth the headache you go through Petty coworkers If you’re not the favorite, you are seen as disposable and just a number.

      Pros

      Work remote days are nice. You also have access to a beautiful office.

      Cons

      There is a lot of potential for growth in this role/at this company as there are a lot of opportunities for process improvement, however, top down leadership has no know-how and are surrounded by "yes men" so obvious solutions for half their problems are overlooked and employees become more and more undervalued. A lot of people have left over the years because of this and its still not clear to the Executive as to why.
