      Pros

      They pay well and there is definitely opportunity for upward mobility if you network within the company and post out for other positions. The benefits are solid too.

      Cons

      They are very stuck in the "old ways" of doing things and offer few perks to employees. The open floor office environment is crowded and poorly planned and the public parking will have you walking several blocks.
