Pros

Very easy to apply ... at first.

Cons

I went through a laborious hiring process -- lots and lots of paperwork to fill out and many hoops to jump through. Lots and lots of technical requirements. Then, after all that, there was no work. Yet they keep posting positions. I lost contact with them after the on-boarding process. I'm not sure if this has changed, but they have a very time consuming, archaic time recording system as well.

Pros

Work from home. Pay is every other week.

Cons

High stress for pay that wasn't as good as other places. benefits were not great at all. Culture was awful there. Was never more unhappy and dissatisfied as I was at this job. Even if the pay was alot more it wouldn't make up for how stressed and sad I was in my time there. Alot of work for so little in return. Felt like nothing was ever good enough or right even when it was the best I could do. Took alot of time to even get the job and it felt like wasted time now.

In 2020, we added an additional health plan for employees to chose from, an employee assistance program, pet insurance and changed the wait period for our 401K enrollment to just 30 days!

Perks of working from home

Pros

Loving the full time working from home. Very flexible on hours (you're hourly) and work schedule. Very supportive environment

Cons

Doesn't provide ANY equipment, must provide own laptop, phone, etc. Pay is less than what I'd be making in a hospital even adjusting for no commute.
