I went through a laborious hiring process -- lots and lots of paperwork to fill out and many hoops to jump through. Lots and lots of technical requirements. Then, after all that, there was no work. Yet they keep posting positions. I lost contact with them after the on-boarding process. I'm not sure if this has changed, but they have a very time consuming, archaic time recording system as well.
Flexible job with average salary. Friendly staff for the most part.
Cons
Management does not keep in touch with employees. When they do reach out, you’re always afraid of what you did wrong. Rather than building confidence and trust, you’re worried and stressed hoping you measure up.
Very fast orientation...one day to be exact.
Poor benefits even after they updated them. Extremely expensive with very few options.
Employee resources are difficult to access - in folders on their server done on Word documents.
