Business Outlook
Pros
The President is incredibly supportive and reasonable, the pay is better than many hospitals, very flexible schedule, learned a lot, I loved the actual work I did and working with my projects. Very grateful for the experience.
Cons
Only one option for insurance and the deductible is highest I’ve ever had, Security is over the top, very attached to processes, must bill every minute of every day which is very hard to get used to, low PTO.
