- Decent pay. - Good work colleagues. - Great opportunity to meet clients and people from different companies.

Cons

- Poor planning. - Unreasonable expectations from management. - Too many tasks and no proper training to be able to handle them. - Lack or almost no support from other areas and management. - Bordeline anti-consumer practices.

Great for skill development as you play multiple roles

Cons

pay is low, clients are unhappy and you act as shield between corporate and the clients, allowing corp to focus on money making at the expense of their customers who are locked into an agreement without having to deal with the customer backlash directly (you get to do that)
