      Pros

      None. Seriously none. Pros not working there. Doing a happy dance now that the shackles of unrealistic 95> productivity standards are no longer mine to worry about.

      Cons

      If you enjoy having the rug swept out from under you then this is the place for you. Unrealistic productivity standards, lack of communication from upper managment, no room for growth or placement in a company which folds up and leaves their employees to fend for themselves after rehab facilities terminate their contracts.

      -Lots of great facilities to work to have different experiences -Flexible working hours and days -Supportive and competent colleages

      Cons

      -Management focuses primarily on productivity instead of the quality of pt's care -Treats from management are possible when your poductivity is low (<85%) -Difficult to get raise even after working for many many years

      Flexible schedule, good pay, easy to use documentation system

      Cons

      Micromanagement coming from all directions, I was not respected as a therapist, numbers-driven not patient care-driven, minimal training for the position, horrible medical benefits, didn't have much PRN help
