Taking 10% away from employees/essential workers pay in the middle of a pandemic all the while receiving federal and state money for PPE and supplies. Promises that are made ie rates, benefits when interviewing are not honored once hired. They move the goal posts.

PD and higher management does not look out for their staff. Poor benefits and lack of employee appreciation. They will give wrist bands. No bonuses, no Christmas parties and very hard to get approved for time off. They give paid holidays but expects you to work on a holiday and move your holiday to a different day.
