      Too focused on productivity, not pt care

      Pros

      Worked with some of the best therapists in my career. Great team atmosphere, a lot of great collaboration.

      Cons

      Only cared about profit and productivity, not pt care. Too much emphasis on daily productivity numbers. Huge push for daily groups with no regard for pt need or level of appropriateness.

      Pros

      Coworkers and patients are wonderful to work with. Work is rewarding.

      Cons

      The company changes status without notice causing you to lose health insurance without warning.

      Unrealistic productivity requirements

      Good pay, started at $35/hour for the Boston area

      Cons

      With rehab in general, there are no guarantees for you to get hours, so some weeks I'd work 25 hours, others I'd work 50. The worst part specifically to RehabCare was the productivity expectation of 88% for OTRs and 90% for COTAs - this caused pressure to clock out between sessions to keep productivity up.
