A Great Experience with Great People

I was given a lot of independence and freedom as an intern. I got to be involved and included in alot of interesting projects where I learned so much. I had a flexible schedule with excellent pay.

Cons

I can't say any cons for my position. It exceeded my expectations and I had a great experience.

Absolutely unsafe, terrible hours, no respect for employees and the pay is the worst in the industry. Break a company production record? Sorry we are cutting pay across the board. People who have worked there for decades are quitting now that they know they can get paid $10/h MORE elsewhere The culture of this company is on of the worst I've ever seen
