      Benefits, people, leadership. Freedom to do my job. There is a clear direction. A lot of importance is placed on Core Values and Behaviors which creates a great environment

      Sometimes people who underperform are kept too long. Some of the benefits are outdated but this is getting worked on.

      Too many little brands, too much micromanagement, some departments being held accountable while other departments are not.
