      Pros

      Excellent benefits, great on-site team, expanding portfolio.

      Cons

      Lack of policies and procedures, high turnover in the portfolio due to onboarding and receiving a inadequate training, Training dept can be very rude. Procedures constantly changing. Too many systems, depending on your regional; you can get very micromanaged even if you are a top performer.

      Pros

      Related really brings entrepreneurship into the workplace. They give you as much responsibility as you’re willing to take. Also people that work here are highly competent. Related tries to hire only the best.

      Cons

      The company lacks structure which means if you’re not a proactive person constantly looking for responsibilities you’ll feel like there’s nothing to do.
