      Management was terrible. Never planned for people calling out, Taking vacation, Everything was last minute. During Covid the guy laughed and said this is bs and not real. I made several attempts to HR but to help. As the Managers are backed up by the companies HR. I went to the union not much they can do too. I left after a year. That was all i could take.
