The corporate office is nice, and most of the team members are nice.

Cons

Nepotism, favoritism, and dishonesty run rampant in the Walnut Creek office. Career development is a gridlock. We're behind on technology. Resources and money are seriously lacking. I feel sorry for whoever replaced me.

Relation has a great culture and a very strong team. The best part about working here is the shared passion for our clients and our teammates.

Cons

Our employee benefits plan for our own team is not competitive in terms of benefits offered and cost. It hurts us during recruiting and we have lost some good people due to the expense alone.
