Pros

Relation has made substantial technology investments across the board into both internal and externally facing systems. This has laid down the foundation for substantial future growth.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Thanks for your review, we appreciate it! A response to your suggestion, from our President and COO, Ed Page: "One of the big investments that we have made over the past few years is in building a data warehouse with robust analytic capabilities. We’ve completed the warehouse and have built out lots of analytics tools, with more to come! We think our tools will be great both internally and externally and are excited about the feedback that we are getting so far."

Pros

Management & Leadership team are awesome and very transparent! Lots of room for growth and career development. Everyone respects each other and there is little to no drama & politics, unlike most of the offices I’ve worked at. They truly are committed to providing the best service and care to their customers AND employees. We are very busy most days, but work-life balance never seems to be an issue.

Cons

I think my office in particular still operates like a small agency sometimes (aka delivering policy notebooks, paper docs, small time clients) but I do think they are working toward becoming more modern and there is an effort to reduce more paper and go electronic. I also think there is a dire need to hire more producers who are wanting to get out and sell the business as opposed to just sitting on and maintaining a book. The health benefits aren’t spectacular, just basic high deductible plan. They do not have maternity leave, but you can take short term disability.
