      Our CEO, Joe, has said that unlike other firms he's been at previously, he never has to get involved over who gets credit for an account or who gets paid for it. The culture here is highly supportive, and as a result there are rarely, if ever, disputes over accounts.

      Ascension treats you as a family member!! We have Great benefits; we find great coworkers and make great friends. Ascension gives you the opportunity to be more professional trough educating its employees to make them better and better.

      Pros

      This is the best company, by far, that I've ever worked for. Management is concerned and interested, and the focus is on results, and what we all need to do to support each other in getting there, so we can all benefit.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any! Like any national company that has multiple offices and business units, it's not always easy to stay in the loop on what other people are working on, but it's a challenge that the leadership works hard to overcome by being transparent. We're strapped for time, but who isn't?
