The staff is highly capable, freely shares knowledge and experience with others, with a large focus on teamwork. The amount accomplished in a given year is astonishing.

Cons

The environment is extremely fast pace, which causes a loss of employee efficiency due to frequently switching tasks based on priorities.

lured away from a stable 8 year job for growth role, laid off 5 months later

there were no pros it was terrible, why would they mass hire and mass fire within a 6 month span.

Cons

hiring took 6+weeks, present at a different salary originally and then it was slashed with a "bonus" offered. i was never paid the bonus because they eliminated my role not even 6 months later. the role was described as a reporting and data tools role, but all I ended up doing was managing excel files because direct bosses didn't want to look at the tools.
