East Region is a disaster. Unmanageable workloads and constant chaos . Account Managers need to work 10 hour days to barely keep their heads above water and they micromanage you.

Lots of great employees/colleagues. Decent culture, but very dependent on your role. Some were treated badly and others were given a lot of leeway.

Cons

Significant changes happening very frequently with minimal change management. It seems there is trouble deciding on a best path forward and it pushes a lot of extra work on to the folks servicing and keeping the place running.
