Pros

- Coworkers are young, smart, fun and helpful - Good benefits (insurance, ClassPass etc.) - Office locations

Cons

- Middle management are usually people chosen due to metrics, not actual interpersonal skills needed to be a successful manager. There’s no training provided leading to under qualified managers leading overworked teams - Upper management and executives don’t listen to day-to-day concerns which lead the employees to resent the company. This is why ReliaQuest is losing so many people, they are not taking issues into consideration because “it’s always been this way so why change now?”It is not just “growing pains” - At least one covid outbreak a month in the Tampa offices despite “safety measures” (cardboard barriers in between a full capacity open office seating arrangement) and no flexibility for working from home - No room for internal movement. Either there are no positions open to people who came into ReliaQuest as entry level, or they are losing employees at such a rate that backfill for an internal transfer will never come

The pay is the only pro.

Cons

I have not met a single person who genuinely enjoys working at this company. "Happy Hour's" are an excuse to complain about work. If they did not offer competitive pay, they would not have employees. Management encourages you to "speak up if you notice any areas of improvement" but when you speak up, the problem is your fault. Like the title says. Do yourself a favor and don't work here, I cannot stress it enough. The amount of constant stress and pressure you are put under is NOT worth the pay.
