Good teammates that understand the struggle and can talk too.

Cons

Management doesn’t care about analysts. Unpaid overtime doesn’t impact salary raises. You cannot talk about legitimate work environment concerns to management without being ostracized, shunned, and pushed out. They try to normalize this “Corporate” way of life, but that involves being a doormat and total loss of self respect. If you complete everything early, you’re still expected to stay until your regular end time, despite you working unpaid OT. Toxic workplace that should be avoided.

Cons

RQ is a total fake. They abuse templates, their product doesn’t work and all of their employees are trying to leave this toxic waste dump
