Terrible Expectations from the Top Management Were Disheartening

I only joined because I wanted to know about the cybersecurity industry and assess whether I could make a career in it.

Cons

The top management always wanted more and more from the employees. There is no end to their expectations. You might want to take on more stress or work exhausting or brutal hours to please them, but I recommend that you avoid that. It might be terrible for your mental well-being. It's better to look for a job elsewhere. These people and the upper management are not worth it.

- They like to promote individuals that have only worked at ReliaQuest, because they don't want individuals with outside experience. They want you to drink the ReliaQuest Kool-Aid and never be innovative, just follow their old ways. - Catching my drift... their are no pros

Cons

- The leadership is either too timid and shy to get things done, or they get in front of company-wide meetings and yell profanities trying to guilt-trip their employees to do better because they have no ownership themselves. - They will dictate your dress code, how long you work and will give you no ability to work from home. - They are a company that focuses on numbers and does not care about their employees.

Thank you for leaving feedback. Although we are a promote from within organization, we have sales leaders that were hired externally. Our sales organization is very numbers oriented, but it would not be successful if it wasn't. We wish you the best in your next organization.

The toxic work environment will force you to adapt

Cons

The management treats the employees inhumanely. The managers do not care when you are at work, how you feel, or what you doing. They will give you a job and expect you to do it time, regardless of how unreasonable that may be. They see employees as people who are born to work for them and whose personal lives do not matter. This is very toxic company with a very toxic work culture. I suggest that you avoid this place
