Pros

- Decent package - Constant promotions - Friendly managers and leads - Work from home on need basis - Openly welcome internal role shifts - Always open to exploring. They don't make you feel bad for learning new things and stuff about other roles. - Career development ladder is awesome.

Cons

I don't personally see any cons but: - Because the teams here are small, sometimes you have to work overtime for a few days. Nobody has problems with this but if you are too strict on Work Life balance then this may be a nuisance sometimes.

Great Product and Great People

Pros

- Innovative Product that actually solves client problems. - Strong company culture / mindset, focus on the customer and technical success. - Get to work with smart people from different backgrounds, learn new technology and solve new challenges. - Company rewards performers fairly, be it financially or professionally (growth and development workshops and events).

Cons

- The company is as rewarding as it is demanding. This is not a place to coast, chill, vibe or whatever. It is not for everyone and that can be a con to some people.

Great exposure to multiple tools Good atmosphere in the office Lunch on Fridays Good benefits Parking Travel to HQ for training

Cons

Office location isn't the handiest to get to 1 day work from home (could do with more)
