The company is open to innovative AI solutions, which is essential in my role. The team is professional, collaborative and helpful.

Cons

It can get hectic sometimes, with changing priorities. Industry is cybersecurity, so there is always an extra hurdle related to data, data privacy and access to data infrastructure.

The company has a little hangover of its past 'service businesses' but is very fast transitioning into a high-tech product based company

- Use and exposure to very modern tech for software engineering. - ReliaQuest also encourages a good/healthy mindset; providing access to resources that positively impact one's work and life in general.

Cons

It will take some time to have a good understanding of the system as it is large and can be complex. However, there are several opportunities to learn and receive training on the system.
