Culture, culture, culture!! One of the greatest places to work for a reason, because of the culture. From day one you become part of the RQ family and feel like you can truly be yourself when you are at work with no judgement or fear. Such an amazing place in an even more amazing industry.

Cons

A long, thorough interview process but it pays off. After all, if a company doesn't invest that much time in you BEFORE you get hired do you really want to work there...?
