Joining ReliaQuest was the best decision I made for my career. I have had the opportunity to grow personally and professionally here tremendously since starting. I truly feel like the company cares about their employees and does what is right for the customer. The opportunity to out earn your comp plan for commission based positions is also very favorable.

Pros

ReliaQuest is a fast-paced organization in a fast-paced industry. Due to the nature of cybersecurity, you have to be adaptable to be successful here. With the right mindset and the willingness adapt to the quickly changing landscape, you'll learn a lot and will continuously be challenged. Expectations are high but you'll have extremely dedicated and smart people to support you every step of the way. Everyone leans into the customer first mentality and ensuring we're doing the right thing for our customers. ReliaQuest also invests in "mindset" training which has helped me both personally and professionally. If you lean-in to the mindset of ReliaQuest, you will be successful.

Cons

This is definitely not a 9-5 job but most sales-oriented jobs are not. You'll work extremely hard and being a top performer will take a lot of effort. There's a decent amount of travel and not a lot of work from home flexibility, if that's what you're looking for.
