Pros

There are no pro’s to this company

Cons

-don’t pay enough for the amount of work you’re doing -want you to do unethical stuff that puts your license at risk -terrible management -don’t value their employee’s at all -no raises pretty much unless you ask for one and if you do get a raise it’s only 50 cents -ridiculous productivity standards and if you don’t meet them you get spoken too -no 401K benefits at all -no formal training when you start *if I could give this company no stars I would

Pros

The PTO accrual rate is decent if you work full time hours.

Cons

The culture of this company is extremely degrading to its therapists, the very workers that generate revenue. They put pressure on DORs, OTs and PTs to make decisions that should be up to the therapists' discretion in order to increase their profits. They cut all therapists pay across the board last year in the midst of the pandemic by 4%, and are now cutting assistants' pay by 9%. While pay goes down, workload and pressures to maintain productivity >90% goes up. It is clear that this company has no other concerns other than their bottom line, the very least being their patients and employees. I would not recommend employment with this company.

Pros

I loved my coworkers. Being surrounded by others who were enduring the hell that is Reliant is the only reason I was able to do my job.

Cons

This is, undoubtedly, the worst rehabilitation company you could work for. If you work there and you disagree, just wait until you get your 4% pay cut, or when you want to take time off, or if your productivity reasonably dips below 95%. I have never felt like more of a number than I did working for Reliant.. all they care about is money, and will sacrifice patient well being to gain it. It is honestly baffling that anyone who is "higher up" can believe in the integrity and support that this company so lacks. I have nothing but horrible things to say about Reliant, and I hope that if anyone has anything to contribute to what a despicable company this is, they do so. I want them to be flagged and to go down--not because I'm bitter for any reason, but out of genuine concern for the patients AND for the future of our field. If OT/PT/SLP continues to adhere to their demands, I am scared for what will become of the world of therapy.
