If your facility and coworkers are great, they will make it bearable.

Cons

AWFUL productivity requirements. Therapists are not regarded as autonomous decision makers; everything is controlled by $$ and productivity. Pay is not competitive and does not value workers. Not an environment to speak up in for fear of loss of job and repercussions. Company disguises greed for profit as "work culture/team/family".
