Pros

I can't really think of any.

Cons

No holiday pay. You are expected to be 90-100+% productive and you are supposed to give management a two week notice if you are expected to have overtime, which is basically impossible. I was a previous DOR for them, and will walk away and never look back. I was also promised a pay out of my PTO, and never received it. They cut salaries each time after the medicare changes. The owner of the company came to my facility three times, and never once shook my hand or spoke with the team. He and I had a conversation and he didn't even introduce himself. Reliant is a great example of how never showing appreciation for your employees burns you. Their turnover rate is unreal! Also, I was never able to take vacation when I wanted. You may accrue a lot of PTO, but they never let you take it. Case and point, I lost 89 hours of PTO! We also had "unit goals" for part B money, and I was encouraged to find any way possible to pick up patients who have not used their cap since the MMR was implemented. Everything in the reviews above is also true. Besides the review from Houston, we all know that one is a fake!

Pros

I've been with the company for 3 years and it continues to amaze me how much it keeps growing! Reliant Rehabilitation is a very innovative company and seems to constantly roll out improvements to its model of care. I feel like it is a very stable company with a very strong management team. I've never heard of them losing any business and they constantly are sending out information on new states they are occupying. They like to promote from within and I like the feeling of knowing I have career growth opportunities. I have therapists constantly calling me from other companies when regulations change to find out how Reliant is responding. It makes me feel proud to be with a company that always has a plan for the future.

Cons

Management has a low tolerance for therapists that are clock watchers. They aren't as focused on productivity as others I've seen, but attitude seems to be a buzz word with this group. I've seen a few therapists with the "what have you done for me lately" attitude get shown the door.
