The team was the best I've ever worked with
Cons
Unreasonable expectations from the director to the staff. They promise their clients more than what they can produce and then pressure the staff to meet the expectation. Unethical practice. Also don't provide the equipment needs of the staff ( 1 computer for 2-3 therapists) and then expect point of service documentation and 90+% productivity? Their slogan should be " Quantity not Quality"
