Pros

The environment in RI is very supportive to create, innovate and learn as long as employee’s contribution supports the achievement of organizational mission and satisfy door interests. The leadership at various ladders is very much supportive in order employees impart their skill, knowledge and other important characteristics that support innovation, creativity and learning is a central element of program design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation.

Cons

Due to the overwhelming competitive landscape and fluidity of donor funding priorities, there are critical funding problems that hinder the smooth continuation of the country program.
