      Pros

      I've been with Remco for over 6 years and have had no complaints. Such a wonderful company with great healthcare benefits, fun company events and gatherings, bonuses, PTO, office closed on major holidays, etc. My schedule has always been really flexible, the pay is great, and my superiors are the best. I've met some pretty awesome people working here and consider myself super lucky to have found such a cool company to work for.

      Pros

      I enjoy the variety of work fro day to day. I am primarily a Refrigeration Technician, but the jobs extend to HVAC, Building Automation and Plumbing. The Refrigeration trade is always evolving and I enjoy the challenge of learning new technology. Remco offers competitive wages and benefits. They also provide an in house training program.

      As with any service job, there is on call and the hours can vary

      Pros

      I have been with Remco nearly seven years, when I began I was just a novice learning the craft. Remco was willing to put money into different educational programs to help elevate my knowledge. The upper management at Remco has truly an employee first mentality that allows the rest of us to focus on our customers. Being an employee owned company, I am able to have the feeling of pride when customers are thanking you for fixing an issues or raving about another technician who helped them. Another thing I like, is no matter how difficult a time I might be having on a job, there is always somebody at Remco that is willing to stop by and help.

      Cons

      Company has multiple sites and employees that you don't always know who's who. Driving in traffic or bad weather.
