Pros

- Developers get the best resources possible (as many monitors that you need, beefy Mac laptop, etc) - Very passionate, dedicated, and educated dev team - Uses the latest technologies and best practices in every aspect - You get to work on whatever you are interested in working on (e.g. if you're strictly a backend dev that wants to test the waters on the frontend, they will support it) - Marketing team and C-suite could sell ice to an Eskimo - Decent amount of happy hours - Coffee + other snacks (if they don't have what you want, they'll order it) - A+ culture - No dresscode - Ability to work remotely if need be

The company is growing fast so its getting hard to get to know every in depth

Pros

Everyone is so awesome and I️ look forward to going into work everyday. Unlike most companies, Remine really values their employees and actually wants you to do good. There is no micromanaging as we all work as a team. Everyone is open to new ideas as this is a startup with wonderful benefits! As long as you’re getting your work done, PTO usually isn’t a problem at all. Aside from the people and product, nothing beats the snack drawers and unlimited espresso.

Cons

The parking can be annoying but I️ know that’s getting worked on. Can’t think of anything else right now. Maybe more team outings to be planned ?

Pros

Fun working environment with awesome work culture, flexible hours, excellent benefits package, telework options, and best of all, no formal vacation policy! Everyone is passionate about what they do and love what they do. A lot of growth potential. The management team is open to suggestions from everyone, no hierarchy.

Cons

Snack drawers stay stocked with both healthy and yummy (unhealthy) options!
