I would say “Unlimited PTO Policy” but in reality, it’s not “unlimited” at all as you can most certainly expect to get a formal “sit-down/talking to” if you take beyond 3 weeks of vacation in any given year/12 month time frame

Cons

- False hope - Broken promises - Unhealthy level of micromanagement - “Pressure-cooker” atmosphere/environment each & every day
