Nice staff, nice office facilities. Reasonable salary

Cons

Company is being leaded in the dark. Managers have no clue what to do, where to go. Everything changes all the time. New rules implemented without any respect with the employee. Managers from abroad (headquarters) are awful . Overall a shity place to work.

The Company was Good and Okay.

Cons

The people behind the campaign for Remitly caused a lot of trauma and anxiety to the people around them that does not abide to what they want. They keep on making Bad decisions that would affect all the people that serve the customers.
