Flexible work culture. Generally good people.

Cons

Limited to no growth within the company. Hire outside folks and don’t invest in growing internal talent. Weak Analytics leadership. Unable to hire and retain strong analytics leader and mixes it with BM which makes it a support function which is crippled. Super high involvement of leaders in execution which slows things down in various functions. Poor work life balance in multiple teams. Few folks control everything.
