Pros

A company with a mission that isn't just marketing. It's real. The culture is not just a bunch of words in a list. It is authentically lived. The C-level and extended leadership team is (mostly) amazing, which is rare. The company's high growth has been a joy to impact and watch.

Cons

Comp and benefits are not where they should be given the size of the company.

Flexibility and supportive teammates that are working together to truly help immigrants sending money home. Great people overall.

Cons

Can be political in some teams. Career opportunity is subjective, hard to navigate if you are not friended with the right people.

Pros

There's great work-life balance at Remitly. The work is rewarding and engaging, but around 5pm the work day ends. And nobody really works on weekends. Also, great opportunities to learn and grow. Love the job.
