      The job is really easy and there's a lot of really good people that still work here and Remitly is an equal opportunities employer and opportunities to progress do come up every so often. The benefits are pretty good. Matt Oppenheimer (the CEO) is a nice guy

      Cons

      A lot of those really good people plan to leave. The opportunities to progress are because people do not enjoy working here and leave at first opportunity. HR, Facilities and a certain CPA manager enjoy bullying their subordinates out of the company, a few great employees have left the company in the past because of this and I can go on for days about their lack of qualifications in their current role. The working hours are absolutely terrible. Time is constantly wasted in pointless meetings that ultimately waste time, serve no purpose and fix no problems. No one cares about the company values, especially the HR and Facilities managers, NEVER work here if you've an interest in either of those fields.

      Nice staff, nice office facilities. Reasonable salary

      Cons

      Company is being leaded in the dark. Managers have no clue what to do, where to go. Everything changes all the time. New rules implemented without any respect with the employee. Managers from abroad (headquarters) are awful . Overall a shity place to work.
