Toxic environment, micromanagement, terrible schedules, no work-life balance, lies any many other things.

Too many changes were made without communications. Promises were not delivered. Shifts can cause physical and mental health issues.

Nice view of the train station

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Broken promises. Darkest pits of depression. I've never had a worse job, never seen a place more poorly run. Flip flopping constantly with every decision and somehow always picking the worst one. Every day that I came to work my mental health would take another hit. I would not recommend coming to Remitly to anyone. A truly awful experience.
