Senior Management level, Senior level for HR and WFM leaders are the worst, special those externally hired. If they don't like you, they will find a way to get rid of you or you will just resign because you can no longer tolerate what they are doing. Good tenured leaders tends to resign due bias management and politics. Always bragging about the increase in profit but does not want to provide what is rightfully due for their employees.

Their "values" and "company culture" are extremely toxic. If you’re thinking of applying, be careful—you can be fired for literally anything. While I was there, many people were let go without any proper announcement. One day they were there, the next day they were gone—CSRs, supervisors, you name it. They had the nerve to shut down an entire department and send out an email claiming it was “best for the company,” offering counseling to the remaining employees. How does closing a whole department without proper notice and laying off over 80 employees make them look good? All you can do is focus on your work and avoid conversations—no one can be trusted. You could be reported for saying something that doesn't “align” with their values, and the next day, you're out. I simply can't recommend this company to anyone. It’s the worst place I’ve had the displeasure of working for.
