A lot. Change management needs a lot of improvement. Communication from compliance needs improvement. Doesn't maximize potential and skills of employees. process wise - needs a lot of improvement. I really don't recommend working here, skills and potential employees are not recognized. Training team really needs a lot of improvement, from trainee to traning materials. Managment doesn't hire the correct leaders.
