Pros

Did you notice how many positive reviews were posted within a few days of each other? hmmm... - Pay is decent if you hit or exceed quota. - Front line managers and majority of colleagues are kind and supportive - New sales leadership seems promising because they actually have sales experience (tbd if they'll have the fortitude to influence change - prior leaders did not) - No set working hours or expectations of 9-5 but sometimes very early or late meetings are necessary. - Work-life balance is very good

Cons

- As other reviews mention, the co-founder took over sales without any experience and made a messy mess. Hired new sales leaders right AFTER implementing big sweeping changes that nobody in sales liked. - Sales people have no voice and they make decisions in silos that drastically impact your quality of life and work. Recent decisions elude to a directive to significantly decrease sales compensation. - Heavy focus on transactional sales and new logos which is odd considering the sale is absolutely consultative in nature. - Benefits are expensive in the US. They improved after 2 years of complaining but are still not affordable for most. - Overall lack of trust and respect for sales means no permissions to do anything, even the smallest thing requires layers of approval which wastes time and impacts speed of support. - Navigating internal teams and getting answers to anything is an absolute nightmare. It'll drive you crazy and take up most of your time. - Most of the 2024 roadmap has been done already by main competitors - always behind.
