Pros

-full remote, no office space even if you miss it -company values are important and there’s a handbook for that. Kindness, Ambition, Transparency, Excellence, Ownership, Ambition.

Cons

- starting to become more cost effective and not generous to employees as they used to - Removed global 40k USD annual base salary. Now they’ll go for cheaper employment.

Pros

This company has a really strong culture - sets strong expectations for each individual contributor. That being said I have worked in a cut-throat sales environment before and this is far from it. Managers support sales reps, listen, make process change when needed and are realistic with metrics. A lot of flexibility to work when and where you want - great perks. The culture as written in the handbook is reflected in the day to day interactions and work flow.

Cons

At time it feels feedback is utilized - changes are not always made when needed and sometimes changes are made with little communication. Startup environment (which can be a con if you are not ready for it) you must be flexible and this can frustrate some but if you are ready for constant change you will be fine!
