      Cliques everywhere!

      Cons

      If you love cliques, then this is the place for you! Senior leadership doesn’t listen to the field team, they implement change without thinking things all the way through, they let go of really good team members and keep really bad ones because they’re part of the clique. Recently, we got a new RD in the western division who was only promoted because she is best friends with the new VP of operations. HR says they “seek to understand” but they just to conclusions and nothing will sway them.

      Removery leadership has no idea what they're doing

      *high-paying positions *cool headquarters location

      Cons

      *terrible at budget management *layoffs every couple of months (most recent was 20+ people) *no communication across the company *no support from upper leadership *outrageous expectations of workload *fosters culture of negativity and toxicity
