Pros

The friends you’ll make here and the clients who you build relationships with

Cons

Company started off great when there was genuine care for the clients, but that changed for the worst. There are a LIST of grievances but here are a few. It’s all very unsavory and the company has lost it’s integrity - I’ve witnessed the company’s National Sales Trainer sell a package to a someone who was not a candidate for removal due to the safety of a client, just because the Trainer was “so focused on getting [them] a the military discount”. I know technicians who were bullied out of their positions by Regional Managers and Sales Consultants because the technicians were following clinical protocol implemented by the company’s own Clinical Advisory Board and request refunds for the clients because they were not candidates for removal to begin with. The dishonesty aside, the amount of pay Laser Technicians earn compared to Sales Consultants (who some actually disappear on the job while clocked in leaving technicians to run the studios by themselves) is not even comparable to the effort put out. The message that Removery sends is loud and clear: being a hard worker is not rewarded in this company.
