Pros

Working with a team of friendly people who are there to help you Wonderful office building in a safe location Has a gym, sauna, cafeteria in the building that you can use

Cons

Poor communication No raises unless you change position "Car salesman" esque managers Company takes on so much when they don't have the employees to back it up, so they end up losing contracts. Then scramble to take on more work they again can't back up.

Pros

Through all my time at Remprex, I've been thankful learn many new things and experience a handful of different roles. Any opportunity that I've wanted to learn more, I was able to gain that knowledge and take new tasks head on. There is always something new and exciting to learn. The base level of work isn't too difficult, but if you want a challenge, that does exist for you. There are more advanced tasks available for deeper thought, troubleshooting, and a chance to flex new knowledge learned. Sometimes workload can feel a bit much, but thankfully the team around you will help you split up tasks and combine efforts, if needed. Day to day tasks can be solo driven, or with the assistance of the team around you. Most of the employees are willing to lend a hand when needed, and approach the situation at hand with you. Many of the relationships I've formed along the way, make my work team feel like a second family. They can really change the attitude and atmosphere of the day. Some days might be slower paced, but if you're looking for something faster, that can be found here as well. Situation may arise that need your full attention at a short moments notice. Times like this, the day can fly by and your efforts can feel rightfully rewarded. If you put in the effort, what you do can make a huge difference. One of the biggest things I've always been vocal about since my time at Remprex is the chance to learn new things, and opportunities of advancement. Put in the work, and the road ahead of you can lead you to many differnt paths. Should you want to learn more technology based roles, or hop right into operations field, these are just some of the roles available. Speak up, stay focused, put in the work, and there is so much that can be done with your time at Remprex.

Cons

Sometimes people unfortunately can't handle the tasks and do not want to put in the effort. As a result, people do quit the job and you may end up taking on extra hours or extra work as a result. However, when extra time is needed to be applied, you often are given the chance to shorten days or hours when staffing has resumed to the proper level. On few occasions, people in some positions sadly don't know what your day to day tasks look like. As a result, they may treat you inappropriately due to their lack of knowledge of what your role is. Thankfully, if you speak up (respectfully), you can change someone's outlook and perspective. Take tasks one at a time, try not to get overwhelmed, and put in the work you know you can do. Do not let things get to you and approach situations with a level head.

We are glad to see you recognize the opportunities here at REMPREX. We are a company experiencing rapid growth and that growth creates opportunities not just in your current function, but in other parts of the company as well. We believe in promotion from within for top performers. As you've recognized, not everyone wants to put in the effort to be a top performer, but that only creates more opportunity for those that do. Thank you for sticking with us through those difficult times and putting in the extra effort!

Pros

You will learn a hard lesson not to trust anyone and that your manager will not support you.

Cons

I worked at REMPREX LLC for two years, and I can honestly say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The company is poorly managed, and the employees are treated like disposable commodities. The management at REMPREX is incompetent and out of touch with reality. They make decisions that are not in the best interests of the company or the employees. All decisions cause a lot of stress and anxiety for the employees, who are not being cared for. The employees at REMPREX are treated like second-class citizens. They are overworked and underpaid, and they are not given the resources they need to do their jobs effectively. For example, I was often asked to work 12-hour days, 6 days a week. I was also not given the training I needed to do my job, which made it very difficult to succeed. I would not recommend REMPREX to anyone, especially not to anyone who is looking for a stable and rewarding career. If you are considering working for REMPREX, I urge you to reconsider. You will be much better off working for a company that values its employees and treats them with respect. The company has a high turnover rate. Employees work long hours for low pay, and lack of opportunities for advancement. There have been allegations of discrimination and harassment against employees and in one case an employee was pushed to such a state that I truly think he passed away because of how he was being mistreated. Based on this information, it is clear that REMPREX is a toxic work environment that is not worth your time or energy. If you are looking for a job, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We are disappointed to learn of your experience at REMPREX. As you may already know, REMPREX has a new HR leader and the HR team is available to employees in situations that you describe. Thank you for the advice, we value our employees, their experience and their feedback. There is an employee survey planned and we absolutely do plan to take that feedback into consideration and work to make REMPREX an Employer of Choice!
