Pros

Employees are very supportive of each other and are passionate about the mission. In addition, the dedication to customer service and taking care of our customers with a live person...with quick response time is unlike anything I have ever experienced.

Cons

Lots of change happening very fast, many positive...however no time to absorb before the next thing comes. You need to be able to adapt quickly.

Pros

Great staff and office relationships. The people here really do make the company great.

Cons

We are a top quality program and can face challenges with ever diminishing budget cuts to the education field.

Pros

What I like most about working at Renaissance is that all employees have the same great passion across the board. Knowing you are making a difference in teachers and students lives and ultimately making the world a better place and our future brighter is most fulfilling. The people who work here, work hard, do great work and get things done. Just as we listen to our customers and constantly improve our products and services, Renaissance takes care of their employees and LISTENS to them---you will be heard ----but have to speak up. Don’t keep your ideas to yourself—share them with a team member or manager if you don’t feel comfortable bring them up to upper management. Great opportunities for employees, a clear career pathway, an employee reward program and great new additions to the long list of benefits--- adds to even more reasons why I am so grateful to be part of such an awesome organization.

Cons

If you don’t like change, Renaissance may not be the best place for you. Change occurs all of the time. Our leadership team has made lots of changes over the years, for the good of the customer and all employees.
