Pros

Throughout the past year alone, there have been some incredible additions, such as sick leave and paid parental leave. It's a wonderful feeling to work for a company that is continually researching, surveying, and acting on perks for its employees. The atmosphere has improved significantly with fresh ideas, fresh faces, and building facelifts. There are people that work for this company that are so energizing, their enthusiasm for the product and the position is contagious.

Cons

Job descriptions are continuously changing, sometimes making expectations unclear. Also, there seems to be inconsistency with work from home policies as far as who is allowed to qualify, and why. Just as there are people who are energizing, there are a good portion of employees who are simply here to sit and rack up 8 hours on the clock.
